Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Midnight Eye, LLC. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy with limited exceptions.
No Returns on Standard Orders and Custom Orders
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that arrive in good condition, as each item is specially printed for you.
Damaged Merchandise Exception
We will accept returns only for merchandise that arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, you must:
- Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
- Failure to contact us within 10 days can result in declining a refund to you
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage
- Include your order number in your communication
How to Report Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately with:
- Photos clearly showing the damage
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
